Andy is a graduate of Indiana University and began his career with Arthur Andersen serving clients in the firm’s Indianapolis and Silicon Valley offices. Following his time with Andersen, Andy has spent most of his career in executive roles with Tyler Technologies – a Fortune 500 Company and one of the nation’s largest software providers to the public sector with over 26,000 installations. Most recently, Andy served as the Enterprise Group President, responsible for several Tyler business units contributing 65% of the company’s revenues.  His responsibilities encompassed leadership of all aspects of these businesses, including software development, R&D, installation, customer support, sales, and the P&L.

Andy joined ECO Parking Technologies as CEO and principal investor in January 2019 to help drive the significant growth ECO is currently experiencing.
